The New Crew

In collaboration with the product and UX teams, I lead the design for a new, responsive homepage. The revamp included easier navigation and personalized content based on recognized gender, rewards status, previously browsed categories, and product recommendations. With the new design, we were able to streamline our content strategy process, and we saw higher engagement with navigation and higher conversion week over week.
