For the first time ever, J.Crew was establishing a rewards program. I created a suite of emails for loyal users that were either card members, subscribed users or new customers joining our program. I worked with the UX team to create personalized modules on the homepage that recognized the user and provided them an overview of their reward status. With our email marketing strategy, we were able to enroll over 2 million members to the program in less than a year.
